I used some crazy neon patterned fuzzy socks from Wal-Mart, a few pom poms, wiggly eyes, felt, cardboard and hot glue. Super easy and very simple to make. These sock puppets create hours of fun for toddlers! My little kiddos play with these little guys all the time and love them more than most store bought toys.
